Return Policy
When you buy from us, we want you to love what you get. If for any reason you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of
unworn, unwashed merchandise,
return it within 30 days of the item ship date and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. There is no shipping charge on exchanges.
Returns received after 30 days (but within 75 days) qualify for exchange or merchandise credit only.We'll credit your card for the returned item(s) and charge you for the new item(s) when it's shipped to you.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
How to make a Return/ Exchange
Your packing slip has been divided into
2 parts enclosed in your package:
1. The invoice/return form.
2. UPS Return Label:
Step 1-Please tell us why you are returning the item by using the return reason codes on the back of the form.
Step 2-Enclose return form along with the merchandise in your return.
Return Option 1 -
Step 1: Affix the pre-addressed UPS return label to your package. Cover or remove the original shipping label.
Step 2: Package the return and seal securely with tape.
Step 3: Give the package to a UPS driver or take to a UPS drop-off location. You may also access UPS.com to locate your nearest drop off location.
No payment is necessary when you mail your package using the pre-addressed return label. The following amount will be deducted from your return or exchange: $7.50 for 1-2 items, $9.00 for 3 or more items.
Return Option 2 - Pre-pay postage at the point of return. Please send your merchandise back via insured mail to the following address:
